Are you interested in making money for your school music field trip?  Come play with the WPCA Academy Rock Orchestra this summer and work towards that goal!

This summer rock orchestra will be comprised of students in grades 7 - 12 who play violin, viola, cello, and acoustic bass.

​

Performance order:

• "Game of Thrones Main Title" - Ramin Djawadi

• "Extreme Ways" - Moby

• "Baba O'Reilly" - The Who

• "Safe and Sound" - Capital Cities

• "The Walker" - Fitz and The Tantrums

• "Sing Along" - Blue Man Group ft. Dave Matthews

• "The River" - Jordan Feliz

• "Back in Black" - AC/DC

• "Kashmir" - Led Zeppelin

• "Crazy Train" - Ozzy Osbourne

Rehearsal dates:

• July 12, 14

• July 19, 21

• July 26, 28

• August 2, 9

The concert will take place Saturday, August 13th at 7:00 PM.

The cost to participate will be $80 ($10 per session).  WPCA Academy t-shirts will be required for the concert.  If you don't have one, they can be purchased for $15.

​

How will this even help you raise money for your school trip?  The profits from the ticket sales will be given back to the students for their school music trips.  This money will be sent to your ensemble teacher with your individual name to be put into your personal account.

The concert will take place at Riverview High School Auditorium.
